We can service your printer regardless of the type you purchase. In the event your printer is not functioning properly, call us at (317) 488-1030 or email us and we will respond promptly (generally same day if before 4 PM Eastern Time or, if after 4 PM, first thing the next business day).

• You may return your unused, unopened item within thirty (30) days
• The product must still be factory sealed with all of the original packaging, boxes and instructions;
• Cost to ship product to Asap not included. A 15% restocking fee may be charged. No credit will be given for shipping on the original order
