| To enhance our end-users’ experience, IDP has started to label its ribbon cartridges with a “Ribbon Tag” sticker.
The addition of this sticker will greatly reduce the ribbon installation confusion experienced by some of our end-users. The stickers are applied to all new SMART-21 Series printer cartridges and will begin to appear on our other printers shortly. |
