Contactless Visitor Sign-in Overview
One of the biggest challenges companies face for reopening is how to get visitors signed in to a Visitor Management System without having to share their ID, touch a screen or come within 6 feet of reception or security. Here’s how to make that happen:
- Require Hosts to pre-register Visitors using PassagePoint Web Pre-Registration on Company intranet via a web browser
- Visitors receive an e-Visit pass with barcode
- Upon arrival Visitor scans barcode at desk, kiosk, or access point for automated, contactless sign-in and printing of Visitor badge
- Host is automatically notified that Visitor has arrived
- Access credentials can also be pre-assigned and activated via barcode or QR code for their scheduled visit time
